Finally. Someone Who Knows.

(Yes, that former licensing board guy.)

LPC Supervision & Board-Informed Licensing & Ethics Guidance for Therapists. Providing real-world insight to clinicians navigating clinical supervision, complex licensure and ethics challenges.

You didn't end up here by accident.

Maybe a colleague shared my name.

Maybe you’ve heard I’m the person therapists contact when licensure, ethics, or protecting their license becomes stressful or complicated.

That reputation comes from experience — not theory. I know how things actually play out.

If you’re here, something matters.

I'm Eric Groh and you're in the right place.

I work with therapists across Georgia who need experienced LPC supervision, board-informed guidance, licensing support, or monitoring supervision. I also provide ethics consultation nationwide for clinicians navigating complex professional and ethical issues.

Solving Problems. Providing Solutions.

Confident. Clear. Georgia LPC Guidance.

Removing the guesswork from supervision, licensure, and board-related concerns.

Don’t Settle. The Right Supervision Is Within Reach.

You want an experienced supervisor who works for YOU — someone who understands both clinical growth and the realities of professional regulation.

The Board Has Questions. You now have the answers.

Application problems, documentation concerns, board requests, supervision questions, ethics matters — sometimes you simply need someone who understands what the board is actually looking for.

On target with what the board needs. Period.

Board Complaints Happen.

If you are dealing with a complaint, monitoring requirements, or professional concerns, you deserve guidance that is respectful, calm, and informed by real disciplinary experience.

Ethics Dilemma. Stay Calm. Get Clarity.

Work with someone who has served as a board member, participated in disciplinary proceedings, and understands how licensing and ethics issues are evaluated in the real world.

Real Results

I had a complicated LPC application where I got a 3 page letter back from the board with the problems with it. A consultant with the Licensed Professional Counselors Association LPCA informed me they refer difficult application problems to Mr. Groh.  I contacted Eric where he broke all of it down. A few meetings and messages later, Eric was able to advise exactly what I needed to do. I received another letter months later where Eric again calmed my nerves and walked me through what to do. Eric was always a message, call or email away. I finally have my LPC and I am so grateful to Eric!
