Refunds and Credits:
You may cancel for any reason for a full refund up to seven days prior to the event. All refunds requested 7 days prior will nonetheless incur a fee of up to 10%. We are not responsible for advertising errors published on third-party websites. After the 7 day limitation period, all fees will be forfeited and no refunds or credits toward future workshops will be issued. If an event is cancelled by the presenter, registrant understands and agrees that damages shall be limited to a credit towards a future event.
Damages Due To Weather and Acts of Nature:
If an event is cancelled by the presenter due to weather or other acts of nature, compensation shall be limited to a credit toward a future event. Registrant agrees that damages shall be limited to the cost of event registration. No refunds will be issued for weather related events. Credits toward future events will expire 12 months from the originally scheduled event.

It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure their connection to the webinar is functioning. It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure a stable a reliable internet connection.
Attendance Requirements:
Late arrivals and early departures will not receive a continuing education CE certificate of completion.
Registrants must attend the workshop/webinar for the entirety of the event or forfeit the continuing education certificate CE of completion.

Yes! All of our workshops are fully accepted by the State of Georgia to satisfy Ethics continuing education requirements of LPC, LCSW and MFTs.

Most states now accept at least part of live webinar training hours to satisfy continuing education requirements for LPCs, LCSWs and LMFTs. Some states permit you to complete all of your continuing education hours via webinar. In short, live synchronous webinars are rapidly becoming a standard substitute for in-classroom LPC training. To be certain, check with your state licensing board.
A synchronous live webinar is a training broadcast where live interaction happens. Live webinars are often delivered on Zoom or a similar video platform so webinars are easy for the user to attend and operate even for the technically challenged. In other words participants can raise their hand and ask questions. The trainer can answer. Participants can interact with each other. Live synchronous webinars are as close to in-person classroom events as is possible.
Examples of Asynchronous counselor training are on-demand video. You can complete the workshop at your own pace. Often asynchronous training is completed by registering for a workshop and reading the material on a webpage. In both cases, you need to achieve a passing score on a post-test. Then you are issued a certificate of completion. Asynchronous training is NOT live and many states limit the number of continuing education hours that can be obtained through self-guided educational material. You complete these alone without guidance or educational feedback from a trainer.

My services are not intended for general licensing inquiries or hypothetical ethics questions.
I do not provide general licensing advice or hypothetical opinions, such as “Is it unethical to…?” or “Can I practice through the counseling compact?” Consultation is limited to individualized, private, and situation-specific licensing or ethical concerns. This ensures that the guidance I provide is accurate, defensible, and ethically appropriate given the unique facts and regulatory context of your professional situation.
Fees are based on the scope and complexity of the service provided. Services for associates generally involve structured clinical supervision to support licensure, while services for licensed therapists may involve more complex ethical or regulatory consultation. Fees for supervision toward licensure are 170.00 per one hour session.
Ethics or similar case analysis and guidance is 500.00. Strategic analysis of complex licensing problems, application denials and deficiency letters assistance is 800.00. Services include a one hour video consultation and follow up usually until the board makes it’s decision.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom video. Occasionally, associate licensure supervision may be provided in-office or other face-to-face venue.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Changes can be made through the scheduling platform or by contacting me directly.
I do not provide psychotherapy or clinical treatment. My about page describes in detail my prior clinical experience. My work is limited to professional supervision, consultation, and education for mental health professionals. If you are seeking therapy, please contact a licensed clinician who provides clinical services.
Payment is processed securely prior to your appointment. For ongoing services, payment arrangements may be discussed as appropriate. Payment is accepted via Zelle transfer.
Most sessions are 60 minutes. Longer or specialized sessions may be required when professionally appropriate. In cases of complex license or regulatory analysis we most likely will have follow up communication via email or telephone until the board makes it’s decision.
