Who Submits CE Completions to CE Broker?

Some Georgia licensees are not aware that the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists uses CE Broker to track continuing education. Many are familiar with receiving a certificate of completion from a CE provider but may not realize that their CE information must also be maintained in CE Broker.

Submitting CE completions to CE Broker by a training provider is optional, and CE providers commonly leave this responsibility to the licensee. EricGroh.com has chosen to submit completed workshops to CE Broker on behalf of our workshop attendees.

We maintain a registered CE Broker provider account and register each workshop with detailed course information. Each provider is assigned a unique provider number, and each registered course is assigned its own CE Broker course number.

The submission process requires preparing participant information in a CSV (comma-separated values) file—a standardized format used to transfer structured data between different software systems and databases. CE Broker requires specific fields, variables, data conventions, and formatting to ensure a successful batch upload.

Each licensee remains responsible for monitoring their CE Broker account and uploading their certificates of completion as required by the Georgia Board.
